DELIVERY POLICY

We prioritize transparency and simplicity to provide you with a confident purchasing experience.

Shipment processing times :

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after ordering. Please note that during high volume periods, processing time may take longer than usual.

 

Shipping methods and delivery time :

  • Express DHL delivery: 5 to 7 working days

 

Costs :

  • Shipping costs are €70 for all orders to Europe and €100 for the United States.

  • Shipping costs are free for all orders over €1500.

 

Shipping Restrictions :

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes.

  • We currently only ship to these countries: Europe and the United States.

 

Order tracking :

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the tracking number on the carrier's website.

 

Damaged or lost items :

If you receive a damaged item or your order is lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible, which may include a refund or replacement.

 

Customs and import taxes :

Please note that customers may be required to pay customs or import taxes that may be applied to international orders.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Our returns policy aims to give you complete peace of mind. Here you will find all the necessary information regarding returns of items purchased on our online store. We do everything we can to establish a relationship of trust with our customers and guarantee them a worry-free purchasing experience.

If you would like to return or exchange your order for any reason, we are here to help! You can return your product in exchange for a credit, a replacement product or a refund from the payment method used during your purchase.

Returns :

  • Sale items are neither returned nor exchanged.

  • Items must be returned with their label and in their original packaging within 15 days of your purchase,

  • Returned items must not show any signs of wear.

 

Exchanges :

We only exchange goods that are faulty or damaged. When you consider that a product is defective, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase.

 

Shipping :

You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. We are not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during transportation.

Process :

When we receive your item, we will examine it and notify you by email, within a reasonable time, whether you are eligible for a refund or exchange.

If you are eligible for a refund, we will refund the purchase price and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment. The refund period is 7 working days following receipt of the item.

If you are eligible for an exchange, we will send you a new item to the original shipping address.

Shipping and return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
